Delete your account

For the Trueway Farms app (com.trueway.trueway_farms) by Trueway Organic Pvt Ltd

You can have your Trueway Farms account and personal data deleted at any time. You do not need to give a reason, and you do not need the app installed to make the request.

Request deletion by email

Send us a request from the email address or with the mobile number registered on your account. We verify ownership before deleting anything.

Or write directly to admin@truewayorganic.com with your registered mobile number.

Request deletion inside the app

  1. Open Trueway Farms and sign in.
  2. Go to the Account tab.
  3. Tap Delete my account.
  4. Confirm. We send a confirmation to your registered number once the deletion is complete.

What gets deleted

DeletedRetained, and why
Your profile — name, mobile number, email
Saved delivery addresses
Cart and saved items
Session tokens and sign-in state
Support correspondence tied to your account 		Invoices and order records, for the period Indian tax and companies law requires businesses to retain books of account. These are kept for statutory compliance only, are not used to contact or market to you, and are deleted when that period expires.
Deletion is permanent. Order history, saved addresses, and any account credit are not recoverable afterwards. If you have an order in transit, we complete or cancel it before the account is removed.

How long it takes

We acknowledge requests within 2 working days and complete deletion within 30 days. Backups holding your data are overwritten on their normal rotation, no later than 90 days after deletion.
